1) Because we reserve time especially for you, We ask for at least 24hr advantage notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. Last minute cancelations or no show will result in a 50% bill fee of scheduled service.
2) Please remove makeup from eye area and come with fresh clean lashes prior to appointment.
3) Do not get lashes wet within the first 24hrs, Do NOT use sauna, spa, or pool.
The extensions need time to properly set. Do NOT touch lashes. Try not to sleep on your lashes.
4) Use oil free products around eye area.
5) Do NOT use eyelash curler on extensions.
6) Clean lashes to prevent buildup
7) Avoid mascara
